Sarah Hayes
If you ever catch a glimpse of me staring off into the distance and my lips moving quietly to myself, just know…it's going to be a good story.
About Sarah
Sarah Hayes was born and raised in the amazing dry heat of far-northern California where she graduated from a local university with her teaching credential, started her family known as “Hurricane Hayes”, and discovered her love for writing while her children were napping. In 2015 she galloped into the publishing world with her children’s book, Cowboy Wyatt, (currently in need of new illustrations before getting relaunched). And after four and a half years of finally putting her credential to use homeschooling, (while trying to pay back her student loans with snotty kisses- the only form of payment she received), her family jumped into the steam-bath land of southeastern Tennessee where her children re-entered the public school world (covered in prayers by their mama), and Sarah re-entered the land of daydreams and writing. Despite the humidity, they still reside in Tennessee where they have discovered their infatuation with Pickleball, and Sarah gets to dedicate time to working on her debut novel, Into the Veil.

The second Anolli slips into the veil, the countdown begins. Hunted by a curse that has erased her memories, Anolli must rely on Titus, a stranger who she feels oddly connected to, in order to stay alive. When villagers begin to disappear, people blame her, and soon, she is forced to live with the only man in the village to have survived being taken by the curse – a crazy old man who might kill her before the curse does. The village's own dark secret soon springs from the shadows, separating Anolli from the one person vowing to protect her.
